2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on July 17, 2026 at 4:00 PM Pacific Time and ends on August 2, 2026 at 4:00 PM Pacific Time.
Each daily sweepstakes entry period runs from:
4:00 PM PT through 3:59:59 PM PT the following day.
One (1) winner will be selected each day in a random drawing conducted at approximately 4:20 PM Pacific Time.
Entries received after 4:00 PM PT will automatically be entered into the next day's drawing.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, and anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to win.
4. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.
Entering the California State Fair or purchasing any products is not required to participate.
5. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period:
Scan the official 3 Bros QR code.
Complete the online entry form.
Submit the form before 4:00 PM PT.
Limit:
One (1) entry per person, per email address, per day.
Duplicate entries received during the same daily entry period may be disqualified.
An individual may enter each daily drawing but is only eligible to win one (1) prize during the Promotion.
6. Prizes
A total of seventeen (17) prizes will be awarded during the Promotion.
Each daily prize consists of:
One (1) official 3 Bros skateboard deck.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize: $50.00 USD
Total Approximate Retail Value ("Total ARV") of all prizes: $850.00 USD
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.
7. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing each day at approximately 4:20 PM Pacific Time from all eligible entries received during that day's entry period.
Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
An individual may only win one (1) skateboard deck during the Promotion.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry.
Each winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification.
If a selected winner fails to respond within seven (7) days, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited.
Sponsor is not obligated to select an alternate winner.
9. Prize Delivery
Winners may choose either:
Pick up their skateboard deck at the California State Fair, or
Receive shipment within the United States.
Sponsor will pay standard shipping costs.
Sponsor is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, damaged packages after carrier acceptance, or incorrect shipping information provided by the winner.
10. Marketing Communications
During entry, participants may optionally choose to subscribe to receive future marketing emails from 3 Bros.
Opting into marketing emails is completely voluntary and is not required to enter or improve the chances of winning.
Entrants who do not opt into marketing communications remain fully eligible to win.
11. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor to use the winner's:
Name
City and State
Instagram username
Photograph
Likeness
for advertising, promotional, public relations, and social media purposes without additional compensation.
12. Privacy
Information collected during this Promotion will be used solely for administering this Promotion and, if elected by the entrant, for future marketing communications from 3 Bros.
Personal information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties except as required to administer this Promotion or comply with applicable law.
13. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, viruses, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion are final.
14. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
15. Governing Law
This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of California.
16. Social Media Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or the California State Fair.
By participating, entrants completely release Instagram, Facebook, Meta, and the California State Fair from any liability related to this Promotion.
17. Winners List
To request the names of the winners, send an email within 60 days after the Promotion ends to:
