2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time on July 17, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on August 2, 2026.
Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Happy Planet Holdings LLC and anyone living in the same household are not eligible.
4. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
Purchasing products, visiting the California State Fair, or participating in any California State Fair activities does not increase your chances of winning.
5. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit:

or scan an official 3 Bros promotional QR code and complete the online entry form.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Promotion Period.
Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
One (1) official 3 Bros skateboard deck.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $50.00
The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
7. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about August 3, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email.
The winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days.
If the selected winner fails to respond, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited. Sponsor is not obligated to select an alternate winner.
9. Prize Delivery
The winner may:
Receive the skateboard by mail within the United States, or
Arrange another mutually agreed delivery method with Sponsor.
Shipping costs will be paid by Sponsor.
10. Marketing Communications
During entry, participants may optionally subscribe to receive future emails from 3 Bros.
Choosing not to receive marketing emails will not affect eligibility or chances of winning.
11. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, state, Instagram username, photograph, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
12. Privacy
Information collected will be used solely to administer this Promotion and, if elected by the entrant, to send future marketing communications from 3 Bros.
Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law or to administer this Promotion.
13. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.
14. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Happy Planet Holdings LLC, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize.
15. Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California.
16. Social Media Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, or the California State Fair.
17. Winners List
